Outpatient appointments

All outpatient appointments are handled through the Patient Contact Centre, which provides a single point of contact for patients and GPs.

Appointments - contact details

We will ask you for:

  • your full name
  • your hospital number
  • the time and date of the appointment you wish to cancel.

To change an appointment in any other department, please contact the specific department directly.

You will need an appointment to attend an outpatient clinic. This will normally be arranged following treatment at the Oxford Eye Hospital or a referral from your GP.
