Specific antibodies to Haemophilus influenza type B, Pneumococcal Polysaccharide and Tetanus Toxoid.

Also known as: HIB; Tetanus; Pneumococcal serotypes

Measurement of specific antibody production (spontaneous and post immunisation levels) is useful in the assessment of patients with suspected immune deficiency. However, pneumococcal polysaccharide antigens are T cell independent, which limits its utility in children less than 24 months.
