Our Clinical Strategy 2023-2028

Our new Clinical Strategy sets out our role as an anchor organisation and makes our priorities clear so as to guide future decision making.

It is a blueprint for our clinical services, our sites, and the role which OUH will play as an organisation over the next five years.

The Clinical Strategy is built on a high level of clinical engagement across the Trust, with submissions of over 700 strategic ideas and opportunities from all Clinical Directorates.

Our next step is to develop an Implementation Plan involving all clinical services and corporate teams including Digital, Estates and Capital, Workforce and Finance, as well as our system partners.
