Elective placements

Are you looking for an elective placement for any of the following recognised pre-registration programmes?

Nursing - adult or child
Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
Physiotherapy
Occupational Therapy
Midwifery
Radiography
Radiotherapy

We are able to accept applications three times a year for placements in the current and next academic year.

All applications should be sent to: helpmeinplacement@ouh.nhs.uk

You must include a fully completed application form. Please provide detailed and specific information.

After the closing date all applications will be considered against our criteria. Successful candidates will be contacted via email, detailing any further requirements.

We will not be able to response to unsuccessful candidates.

Placements of one to four weeks will be considered. Longer placements will be considered for Sign off Students on an individual basis, detailed in your application.
