Third party procurement centres

In this area please find information about patient eligibility, referrals, and becoming a third party procurement centre.

If you wish to be considered as a third party procurement centre, please contact the Oxford Cell and Tissue Biobank Quality Manager to discuss the details.

This involves setting up a Third Party Agreement (TPA) with Oxford Cell and Tissue Biobank (OCTB) and your centre. During this process, we will provide access to all SOPs and relevant forms.

Third party centre coordinators

If you are already a third party centre with a TPA in place with OCTB, you may wish to discuss training a third party centre coordinator. If so please contact the Oxford Cell and Tissue Biobank Manager.
