Simone Kelly
Oxford Haemophilia Centre Manager
Simone joined the Haemophilia and Thrombosis team in January 2023 as Centre Manager. Prior to this Simone has worked in the Trust for over 10 years managing teams and services in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Gynaecological Oncology.
Karen Cairns
Data Manager
Karen is the Data Manager for the Oxford Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre, looking after our patient databases, which we use to help clinicians with patient care and research.

Peter Baker
Lead Clinical Scientist
Peter is a Clinical Scientist and the Laboratory Lead for Haemostasis across the four sites in the Trust, including the Haemophilia and Thrombosis Centre.
He has over 35 years in Laboratory Haematology training at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, before transferring to Oxford in 1998.
His interests include the development of new technologies for translation into routine diagnostic laboratories.

Amy Conquergood
Senior Haemophilia Specialist Nurse
Amy has over 20 years' experience, working predominantly within long-term conditions across both primary and secondary care. She joined the Haematology Directorate in 2020, working within Cancer Services, and has held the Senior Haemophilia Specialist Nurse role since 2021.
Rochelle Lay
Senior Haemophilia Specialist Nurse
Rochelle completed her initial training in Nottingham and has held senior positions within Intensive Care, Infection Control and Palliative Care, before joining the Haemophilia team in 2020. Throughout her career she has remained passionate about delivering holistic and individualised care.
Ilona Okros
Haemophilia Specialist Nurse
Ilona has vast experience of working within adult care and cardiology, and previously worked at the Oxford Heart Centre before joining the Haemophilia team in 2022. She is a keen advocate for lifelong learning and nurse education.
Vicky Minty
Haemophilia Specialist Nurse
Vicky worked on surgical wards across the Trust for over 10 years, as Senior Nurse and later as Deputy Sister, before joining the Haemophilia team in 2018. She has a keen interest in women living with bleeding disorders.
Elsa Wilsdon
Haemophilia Assistant Practitioner
Elsa has worked within the NHS for more than 15 years, initially as a healthcare assistant and then a stroke rehabilitation assistant, before moving into emergency medicine. Elsa joined the Haemophilia team in 2020 and values the person-centred approach to patient care.
