Oxford Hospitals Education Centre (OxHEC)
Based in Oxford Critical Care on the John Radcliffe Hospital site, Oxford Hospitals Education Centre (OXHEC) is a purpose-built, modern facility.
OxHEC is available for bookings and comprises:
- six clinical and non-clinical training rooms
- open-plan workspaces
- a balcony space
- quiet study spaces
- a communal kitchen.
Bookings
OxHEC is an education and training centre, so we prioritise education, teaching and training bookings. We will review any non-educational bookings, and if they fall in 2 weeks of the of date booking they can be considered.
Education and training bookings can be booked up to 12 months in advance - refer to the Guide to Booking Rooms (at the link below) for reference.
We review each booking on a case by case basis and accommodate all where possible.
If your request does not meet the criteria, please contact us with your request for the Centre Manager to review.

We ask for a minimum of 10 participants and four hours per booking at OxHEC.
