We'd like to be able to send every individual working or volunteering in our hospitals important short text messages.

This initiative is in response to feedback from OUH staff - especially those without an OUH email account, or with no regular access to one - so that we can improve the way we communicate with you.

If you are a member of Oxford University Hospitals staff, or one of our volunteers, and would like to receive these short text messages, please fill in your name, telephone number and email address on Microsoft Forms.

Your details will not be shared, or used for any other purpose than to send these text messages.
