Apprenticeships for current OUH staff

We offer adult apprenticeships to our current staff.

If you are already an OUH employee, have completed your probationary period and workplace induction, and you are interested in developing your skills and knowledge in your job role, an apprenticeship programme could be the perfect choice for you.

An apprenticeship standard is a fantastic way to learn a new vocation or enhance your skills to help you achieve your next career goal.

Apprenticeships are nationally recognised and funded opportunities are available from Level 2 up to Level 7, which is Degree and Master's Level.

Undertaking an apprenticeship would be subject to your Line Manager's approval and in line with government eligibility criteria.
